This Disclaimer applies to the Anglai website, applications and IELTS preparation services operated by Logit AI Labs Ltd. It should be read with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

1. Educational purpose

Anglai provides lessons, practice tests, AI-assisted evaluations, transcripts, suggestions and other content for general educational and preparation purposes. It does not provide official examination, immigration, legal, academic-admissions or professional advice.

2. Independent service

Anglai is an independent preparation service. It is not an official IELTS test provider and is not sponsored, endorsed by or affiliated with the organizations that own, administer or deliver IELTS. IELTS and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

3. AI output and scores

AI-generated transcripts, band estimates, corrections, feedback and model answers may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances. Differences in microphone quality, accent, connectivity, answer context and model behavior can affect results.

An Anglai score is a practice estimate only. It is not an official IELTS band score and does not guarantee any exam, admission, visa, employment or other outcome. You should use your own judgment and, where appropriate, seek help from a qualified teacher or relevant professional.

4. Availability and content

We work to keep the Services useful and available, but do not promise that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete or current. Practice content may not reproduce the precise format, difficulty or scoring behavior of a future official examination. Features and materials may change without notice.

5. User responsibility

You are responsible for your preparation decisions, device setup, microphone and internet connection, official registration requirements, deadlines and reliance on any Anglai output. Always confirm examination rules and requirements with the relevant official body.

6. External services

Anglai may use or link to third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices. Access to an external service is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", and Logit AI Labs Ltd disclaims implied warranties. Our liability is limited as described in the Terms of Service. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
