Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Anglai's website, applications, software and IELTS preparation services (the "Services"). The Services are operated by Logit AI Labs Ltd ("Anglai", "we", "us" or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts responsibility for your use.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate, current information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not share, sell or transfer your account.

3. The Services

Anglai provides educational lessons, practice tests, AI-assisted speaking and writing evaluation, progress tracking and related IELTS preparation tools. Features, content and usage limits may change as the Services evolve.

AI-generated transcripts, scores, feedback and model answers may contain errors or omissions. They are learning aids, not official IELTS results or a guarantee of any examination score, admission, visa, employment or other outcome. You remain responsible for how you use the output.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Services only lawfully and for personal educational purposes. You must not:

1. Interfere with the security, integrity, operation or availability of the Services.
2. Access accounts, data, systems or non-public areas without authorization.
3. Upload unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing content.
4. Use bots, scrapers or automated means to extract content or place unreasonable load on the Services.
5. Copy, resell, sublicense, publicly distribute, reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code or models except where law expressly permits it.
6. Circumvent access, subscription, usage or security controls.
7. Use the Services or their output to develop a competing product or dataset without our written permission.
8. Misrepresent AI-generated output as an official test result or certification.

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit, including recordings, transcripts, answers, writing and feedback ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, transmit, process and analyze User Content only as needed to operate, secure, maintain and improve the Services, produce requested feedback, and comply with law.

You confirm that you have the rights necessary to submit User Content and that it does not violate law or another person's rights. Do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for IELTS practice.

6. Our intellectual property

The Services, software, design, lessons, practice materials, branding, interfaces and related intellectual property belong to Logit AI Labs Ltd or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Services.

Anglai is an independent preparation service and is not an official IELTS test provider. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners; their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

7. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing period, included features and trial terms are shown before purchase.

• Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment partner presented at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the displayed billing period unless cancelled before renewal.
• You may cancel through account settings or the billing portal. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period.
• Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, payments are non-refundable. We may consider a refund where a verified technical problem materially prevented use of the paid Services.
• Taxes and currency conversion charges may apply.
• We may change plans or prices prospectively and will provide notice where required.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion in Settings. We may limit, suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

9. Third-party services and links

The Services rely on or may link to third-party services, including authentication, payment, communications and AI providers. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent availability of any feature, or the accuracy, completeness or fitness of AI output for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logit AI Labs Ltd and its affiliates, officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, opportunity, goodwill or data, arising from the Services.

Our total liability relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Logit AI Labs Ltd against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your User Content or your material breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The Courts of the DIFC have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

Before filing a claim, please email support@anglai.ai with a description of the dispute. The parties will try in good faith to resolve it within 60 days.

14. General terms

We may update these Terms and will post the new effective date. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a reorganization, financing or transfer of the business. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
